Easter Weekend Festivities

Image
Easter weekend started with our Tannerwood neighborhood egg hunt. Our sweet neighbor, Angie, organized it once again, with hunts by age group. We lucked out with a dry morning!  Meg was all smiles this morning! The girls kept telling her there were "nannies" in the eggs, so she was all over this! Paige retired this year, but was promoted to baby helper. She was so cute with Paige out in the field helping her find eggs and getting them in her basket. They are such cute buddies. The rest of the time Meg was frolicking around the neighborhood with a mouthful of sweets.  These two, Finley and Cameron, are best buddies. Cam was in the next age group this year, so they were in separate hunts, but they enjoyed the full counting/comparison of their spoils afterwards. Brynn went right when everyone went left. ..she had this area of the park all to herself! With her friend, Emily. Candy Candy Candy We love this opportunity to visit and catch up...

She hung out here for quite a while...she was pretty intense at times. (notice she had to shed her jacket...working up a sweat)  And then we ventured through the mud out to the fields....  She loves worms.  Meg did pretty good for the first bit and then was ornery. She was mad in the Ergo, mad in the stroller, mad on the ground. I get frustrated and just want her to be content!! It really grates on me at...
