April highlights... Brynn's Battle of the Books group won at their school and competed at the District competition. Paige participated in the Jazz Festival with the local jazz choirs. Covey Randall Hill was born! We got a special visit when he was a few days old. Softball season started. Some babies didn't survive the evening adjustment. Easter Weekend was full of crazy. It included our local egg race/brunch, followed by the girls' Pinewood Derby and then outdoor egg dying. We had a lovely Easter morning. We took pics and had a small hunt in the backyard after church and then hosted the Morgans for Easter dinner along with the Sister Missionaries. Knowing I was having surgery two days before Easter we tried to take care of the "To Do's" beforehand. The girls got their dresses one week early (General Conference fell on Easter after all) and we took some cute pics in the backyard.  We also did our egg coloring well beforehand. The kids love this and I am way less anxious about the mess as I get older. Ha. Our ward hosted an Easter Egg Hunt + breakfast the weekend prior. We had so much fun with our ward friends! Meg almost missed the actual egg hunt, but sneaked in with a few eggs left on the floor and managed to grab some. The Saturday of Easter weekend our neighborhood hosted their annual egg hunt. Paige was sweet and took my camera out to the park and snapped a few pics while I slept and recovered. She is a good photographer and captured some fun moments of her younger sisters.
